A very well written article on a fan’s last trip to Shea Stadium, while bittersweet it does help soften the events of this past Sunday.
I started listening to Mets games in the late ’80’s/ early ’90’s on an old transistor radio and it’s memories of Bob Murphy calling a Bobby Bonilla home run or even [...]

4-0 in Bills History

A great article on the various Bills teams that have gone 4-0. 7 times this has happened, and excluding 2 years before there was a Super Bowl, 4 of 5 times made the playoffs and 2 made the Super Bowl. A good read and optimism for the rest of the season.

According to Matthew Cerrone at Metsblog.com Jose Reyes is on pace to hit roughly .300, with 15 home runs, 70 RBI, 15 triples, 40 doubles, 115 runs scored and 60 stolen bases. The last shortstop to hit .300 with 50 stolen bases, 20 doubles, 15 triples and 10 home runs was Honus Wagner in 1908 for the Pirates.
Yeah, so [...]

This past year I discovered the site MetsBlog.com a great site for any and all info Mets. The Mets are entering the time when, a year ago, they slowly fell apart [...]
Dick Bavetta = Tim Donaghy?

I guess Donaghy, the NBA referee who confessed to gambling on games he reffed in, needs some kind of info to get his sentence reduced. But as this Sports Guy column proves, everyone knows Bavetta is at the very least incompetent. So basically he is easy pickings for a scumbag like Donaghy
